The Lakes View Room, Spike Bar, Terrace Room and Terrace are superb areas which can be used individually or as a whole offering various options for your function, whether it's a seminar, meeting, or private party.

The Lakes View Room can seat 140 comfortably for a formal dinner and slightly more for an informal, buffet-style meal.
The Lakes View has an area which can be partitioned off, which will seat 50 for a seminar. The whole room can accommodate 160 theatre style.


The Terrace Room will seat up to 80 delegates for a seminar, approximately 40 people for a dinner or accommodate 60 for a buffet reception. The Spike Bar with it's Meeting Room will accommodate another 50 - 60 people for a buffet reception. In the Summertime both the Spike Bar and Terrace Room doors open onto the Terrace, where a your guests may relax in the sunshine.
