At Warley Park, we know how special your wedding day is and how important it is to plan your day with an experienced events team. With a variety of packages and options on offer, we are confident we will be able to cater to your needs. Regardless of how you decide to create your day, you will be assured of our dedicated and committed service throughout.
The Wedding Breakfast is served in our Lakes Suite with overlooks the views of the golf club & lakes. The Lake Suite comfortably accommodates 120 for a sit-down wedding breakfast. For the perfect background, we can provide excellent music and professional lighting for your event, making it unique and memorable
At Warley Park, we are proud to include the use of our Wedding Pier set on one of our lakes, surrounded by weeping willow trees. Creating a truly romantic and unique location. The perfect backdrop for your photographer to capture those all-important memories. Our clubhouse, overlooking the course and lake, provides a fantastic venue for weddings.
Wedding Packages
With a diverse range of packages to be explored, we work with every couple to ensure they get the day they want. At Warley Park, we pride ourselves on putting together fantastic wedding packages that are tailored to cater to all our happy couples needs.
50 day guests and up to 100 evening guests
£5500 for total package
Thank you for choosing Warley Park to host your special day and we are looking forward to planning your special day with you and we have put together this information sheet to answer some questions you may have.
We operate a payment plan of monthly or quarterly direct debits. Your deposit is held on account as a damage deposit and refunded 7 days after your celebration. After your final planning meeting we will send you a secure payment link for any additional payments if required.
The Bridal dressing room is available from 9am for you to get ready. We do need your belongings to be removed to a dedicated cupboard by 9pm on the wedding night so we can prepare it for the next day.
The Wedding Pier Bar is opened 1 hour before your wedding so your guests can purchase drinks if required on their arrival.
Music for your ceremony at the Wedding Pier must be supplied on a USB and be in the correct order as unfortunately this is a very old system and does not give us the option to change the order/amend the play list
No confetti of any sort is allowed at the Wedding Pier, but bubbles make a great alternative and look fabulous in photos. This also applies to flower girls for the aisle.
Photos can only be taken at the Wedding Pier during the drinks reception and if you wish to return to the Pier for further photos, please consult with your Wedding Co-ordinator, as there could be the risk of flying golf balls outside this time. Please ensure your photographer is aware of this. This is a health and safety issue due to golf regulations.
If you would like to reserve the use of a Golf Buggy to bring you to the Wedding Pier, or assist with some guests, this will need to be reserved in advance at £25.00 to ensure it is available when required.
The Library can seat 50 guests for a civil ceremony
The Wedding Pier can seat 80 guests (and additional can stand at the back)
The Lakes Suite can seat 120 for a ceremony
The brand new Lakes Suite and Terrace can seat up to 150 guests and over 200 for the evening celebrations. The modern, streamlined function suite is bright and is fully air conditioned with its own self-contained bar. The bi-fold doors open to the Terrace offering a private outside space, with lighting, heaters and even speakers. The undulating views of the Lakes and the grounds are the perfect backdrop for photos and bring the outside views inside.
We have a one wedding per day policy, offering a bespoke service to ensure you have the special day you have dreamed off. Our dedicated team of Wedding Co-Ordinators will help plan and oversee your day, to ensure you can relax and enjoy it with confidence.
We will organise planning meetings with you to help plan your special day.
If you are having a traditional three course menu, you will be invited to attend a complimentary taste testing event held periodically. These are lovely evenings and you are welcome to invite friends and family to join you so you can sample for menu choices (charged at £35.00).
Drop off for final items is normally two days before as organised with your coordinator into a dedicated cupboard. Any items left overnight will be stored in a cupboard/in the suite at your own risk. Any items not collected within one week will be disposed.
If you wish us to set up your items for the suite on the day, we charge £50.00 and is added to your account at final planning. Alternatively, you are welcome to appoint your own representative to set items up on your tables etc. Access is from 10am on the morning of the wedding
No decorations are to be attached to walls, floors, pillars or bar.
We do not allow dance floors.
We do not allow candles, but you are welcome to use LED style candle lights.
We have a cake base, with knife and easel and mics for speeches you are welcome to use.
Outside suppliers / entertainers are required to provide public liability insurance certificates and Pat Certificates. Please discuss this with your wedding co-ordinator at final planning (eg photobooths).
We have a resident DJ and we can supply you with his details so you can liaise directly with him.
We do not allow you to bring in any food to due health and safety.
We are governed by Brentwood Registrars, please reserve your ceremony time up to 2 years before your wedding date and confirm 1 year from the date of your wedding.

With a licence to hold religious, humanist & civil ceremonies, we can host the service as well as the reception, all under one roof.
